Refunds & Cancellations (Services)

  • Cancellations: If canceled before work begins, only non-refundable deposits are retained. If canceled mid-project, payment for work completed will be required.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed work or services rendered.

Product Representation

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to fabric batches, dye processes, and screen settings. Cetadora products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, replication, or commercial use of Cetadora products, designs, graphics, or branding is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • Purchasing items for resale without written permission

  • Reproducing designs in any form

  • Creating derivative works based on Cetadora artwork

Payments

Effective Date: December 1, 2024

  • Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via e-transfer, credit card, Wave payments, or PayPal.

  • Payment Schedule: As outlined in the contract made with Cetadora, a non-refundable deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • Late Payments: A fee of $50/day may apply for overdue invoices.

Shipping Policy

Effective date: February 13, 2026

Processing Time: All items are produced and fulfilled through our production partner Tapstitch.

Q: How long does it take for international shipping?

  • International shipping time varies from 13-20 days.

  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the production time to customize products.

  • These estimates exclude local holidays, occasional unavoidable events, and incorrect information (such as when customers provide the wrong address or contact information).

Tracking

Each order has a tracking number that enables the monitoring of packages. Tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches your destination country and is transferred to the local carrier. This is standard for international fulfillment and does not indicate an issue.

Fulfillment

Printed and fulfilled through our North American & international production partners. Fulfillment locations may vary depending on garment type and customization requirements. We work with trusted global production partners to ensure consistent quality and responsible manufacturing practices.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. Cetadora does not collect or remit international customs charges.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Postal disruptions

  • Incorrect address information

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each piece is produced in small batches and made-to-order with deep intention, love, and care.

Final Sale

Please note that all merchandise purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor wash, dye, or tonal variations

  • Natural fabric or print variation

Please review sizing charts carefully or get in touch with me about sizing suggestions before purchasing.

Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for washing and caring for their items according to the care instructions provided. Cetadora is not liable for damage caused by:

  • Washing at temperatures higher than recommended

  • Bleach use

  • High heat drying

  • Ironing directly on printed areas

  • Improper garment care

Damage resulting from improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cetadora.com .

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production or fulfillment. Because many of our items are produced on demand, orders are processed quickly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cetadora is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Natural Variations

Each garment is produced in small batches. Slight variations in color tone, wash, and print placement may occur. These are not considered defects and reflect authentic garment production.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to the terms outlined in our policies. If you experience an issue with your order, you agree to contact Cetadora directly at hello@cetadora.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation of order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor

  • Recover associated chargeback fees and administrative costs where permitted by law

  • Refuse future service to customers who initiate fraudulent or unjustified disputes

Chargebacks filed for:

  • Orders marked as delivered

  • Orders placed with correct confirmation

  • Items clearly described and received as ordered

may be formally contested.
